Request FISMA Data Transparency

Per @rybolov: "...earlier this year, the Government started a website called Data.gov. ... However, it’s missing something very relevant to my interests: information security management data."

You can help out by going to Data.gov and requesting that data. If you're willing to help, then read the rest of his post at the following link, complete with template language for the request.
